AMP 2-Way SuperSeal Connector Kit (Male) — Sealed Automotive Electrical Interface

This AMP-pattern 2-Way Male SuperSeal Connector Kit is engineered to provide a high-integrity, environmentally sealed termination point for automotive, commercial vehicle, agricultural and marine electrical systems. Designed around the industry-standard TE/AMP SuperSeal geometry, the connector housing ensures accurate terminal guidance, optimal mating pressure, and durable retention performance when paired with its corresponding female assembly.

The modular housing employs a recessed twin-cell interface combined with an externally mounted secondary locking mechanism. This lock stabilises terminal positioning under thermal cycling and vibration stress, preventing back-out or micro-movement of conductors. The supplied open-barrel terminals are precision-stamped from tin-plated copper alloy to deliver consistent conductivity, while the included silicone cable grommets maintain radial compression around the conductor insulation, forming an IP-rated seal once fully assembled.

This kit is intended as a complete male-side termination solution suitable for lighting circuits, engine-bay sensors, auxiliary systems, body electrics, and bespoke wiring harness production.
