Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Free Returns

We offer free return shipping in the following cases:

  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is missing parts
  • The item is not as described

Customer-Paid Returns

In all other cases, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • The item does not fit
  • The customer does not like the item
  • The customer has changed their mind

Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to assess the item for any loss or damage before issuing a refund.

Replacements

If you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, this option is available. The same return process applies:

  • The item must be returned to us
  • The item will be inspected for any loss or damage
  • Once approved, a replacement will be issued
