Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

This website is operated by RBG Commercial Body Parts (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including consumers and business customers. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

2. Definitions

  • Consumer: An individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • Business Customer (B2B / Trade Customer): Any customer purchasing goods in the course of business, trade, or for resale.

3. Orders

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase goods.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once we confirm dispatch.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe they are being purchased for unauthorized resale or distribution.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may exclude VAT, delivery charges, and other applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

5.2 Courier Selection

Customers may select their preferred courier at checkout. If no option is selected, we will assign the first available free shipping service.

5.3 Large & Bulk Orders

For bulk or large orders, we reserve the right to change the shipping method to a more suitable service based on size, weight, and handling requirements.

5.4 Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

5.5 Delivery Responsibility

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you.
Delivery times are estimates only and delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customers should raise delivery issues with the courier in the first instance. We will provide reasonable assistance where required.

6. Cancellation Rights (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Standard delivery costs will be refunded, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⚠️ This right does not apply to Business Customers.

7. Returns Policy

7.1 Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

7.2 Free Returns

Return shipping is free where:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is missing parts

  • The item is not as described

7.3 Customer-Paid Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where:

  • The item does not fit

  • The customer changes their mind

  • The item is no longer required

7.4 Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to reduce refunds if items are returned damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection.

8. Refunds & Replacements

8.1 Refunds

Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

8.2 Replacements

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund. The same return and inspection process applies before a replacement is issued.

9. Product Information & Fitment Disclaimer

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, variations may occur.

⚠️ Vehicle Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any part ordered is compatible with their vehicle before purchase.

We strongly recommend checking:

  • Vehicle make, model, and year

  • OEM part numbers

  • Technical specifications

Where necessary, customers should contact us prior to purchase for clarification.

We are not liable for costs associated with incorrect installation, incompatibility, or ordering errors where the product supplied matches the description provided.

10. Business Customers (B2B / Trade Terms)

The following additional terms apply to Business Customers:

  • The 14-day cancellation right does not apply

  • Returns may be accepted at our discretion

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Business Customer unless goods are faulty or incorrect

  • We reserve the right to apply restocking conditions or refuse returns for non-faulty items

To the extent permitted by law, liability for Business Customers is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of RBG Commercial Body Parts and may not be used without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, including Shopify integrations.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
