Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to shipping, returns, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on non-working days, will be dispatched on the next working day.

1.2 Courier Selection

Customers may select their preferred courier and delivery service at checkout.
Where no selection is made, we reserve the right to assign the first available free shipping service to the order.

1.3 Large and Bulk Orders

For multi-item or bulk orders, the default free shipping option may not be suitable due to size, weight, or handling requirements. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute the selected or default shipping method with a more appropriate service to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

1.4 Tracking Information

Upon dispatch, tracking details will be provided where available. It is the customer’s responsibility to use this information to monitor the delivery status.

1.5 Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Any delivery-related issues, including delays, loss, or damage in transit, must be raised directly with the courier.
We will provide reasonable assistance where required; however, we are not liable for courier-related issues unless otherwise required by applicable law.


2. Returns Policy

2.1 Right to Return

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.2 Free Returns

We will cover return shipping costs where:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery

  • An incorrect item has been supplied

  • The item is incomplete or missing parts

  • The item is materially not as described

2.3 Customer-Paid Returns

In all other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2.4 Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including packaging where reasonably possible. We reserve the right to make deductions or refuse a return where items are returned in a diminished condition, in accordance with applicable law.


3. Refund & Replacement Policy

3.1 Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to withhold or reduce a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components not reported prior to return.

3.2 Replacements

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund. The same return process applies:

  • The item must be returned to us

  • The item will be inspected upon receipt

  • A replacement will be issued subject to inspection approval and stock availability

3.3 Processing Time

Refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following inspection of the returned item.
