The E-TECH XHT (Extremely High Temperature) Series Graphite Paint and Clear Lacquer system is a professional-grade coating solution engineered for components exposed to extreme thermal loads. Designed for automotive, motorsport, industrial, marine, and domestic high-heat applications, this system combines a durable satin graphite base coat with a high-performance clear lacquer to deliver exceptional heat resistance, adhesion, and long-term protection.

The XHT Graphite Paint is formulated for direct application to bare steel and ferrous metals, offering no primer required with superb adhesion. It is rated for continuous exposure to temperatures of up to approximately 650 °C (1200 °F) and cures rapidly to a durable satin graphite finish. This makes it ideal for engine blocks, rocker covers, exhaust systems, exhaust manifolds, and other high-temperature components where both performance and appearance are critical. The coating is well suited for refurbishment, restoration, and customisation work.

To enhance durability and thermal protection, the system can be overcoated with E-TECH XHT Clear Lacquer. This advanced silicone- and ceramic-based clear coat provides extreme resistance to heat, withstanding up to approximately 800 °C continuous and 900 °C intermittent exposure. It seals painted surfaces to help prevent corrosion, pitting, and rust, while offering excellent resistance to petrol, diesel, oil, antifreeze, and other engine bay chemicals. When applied over satin or matt coatings, it delivers a gloss-enhancing clear finish and improved resistance to radiant heat and thermal fatigue.

Both products are supplied in aerosol form for controlled, even application and fast, consistent coverage. Correct surface preparation is essential: all substrates must be clean, dry, and free from grease or contaminants prior to application.
