Safetech 10" Magnetic Lockable Gate Latch

The Safetech Magnetic Pool Gate Latch 10" is a high-security, top-pull, key-lockable gate latch engineered to meet the operational and safety requirements of pool and safety barrier installations. The latch employs a magnetic self-latching mechanism that automatically engages upon gate closure, delivering consistent and reliable locking without reliance on gravity or spring-loaded components.

Manufactured using a combination of aluminium, stainless steel, and high-strength polymer components, the latch offers excellent structural integrity, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in outdoor environments. The black finish provides a clean, professional appearance while maintaining resistance to UV exposure and weathering.

The top-pull release mechanism is specifically designed to enhance child safety while allowing controlled access for authorised users. The latch incorporates horizontal adjustment up to 25 mm and vertical adjustment up to 10 mm, enabling precise alignment during installation and accommodating gate movement or installation tolerances over time. A key-lockable cylinder is integrated for secure access override and is supplied with two matching keys.

Optimised for an ideal gate-to-post gap of 20 mm, the latch maintains full operational reliability across a wide gap range of 12 mm to 38 mm, making it suitable for both new installations and retrofit applications. The design supports installation on aluminium, steel, vinyl, and wooden gates and doors, ensuring broad compatibility across common pool fencing and safety gate systems.
