This listing includes a set of 6 U-shape chequer plate strips, each measuring 1.5 metres in length, manufactured from 2mm thick aluminium tread plate. Typical vehicle board dimensions:
Tailboards: approx. 2040 mm – 2120 mm
Sideboards: approx. 2850 mm – 3220 mm
Each strip is 1500 mm, allowing flexible cutting and installation across different board sizes.
Example Installation:
For a tailboard of 2120 mm, 2 strips are required (total 3000 mm), leaving approximately 880 mm remaining.
For a sideboard of 3220 mm, installation can be achieved using:
2 full strips (3000 mm)
Plus220 mm cut from the remaining 880 mm section
Following this method, all boards can be covered efficiently using the supplied set.
