The housing is manufactured from reinforced thermoplastic, incorporating an internal terminal-retention architecture that secures crimped contacts against pull-out and mechanical displacement. Silicone elastomer cable seals further enhance environmental resistance, enabling IP67 performance when assembled with correct conductor preparation and crimp geometry. The tin-plated terminals deliver low contact resistance and high conductivity, making the assembly suitable for power and signal circuits within 12/24-volt electrical systems.
