Installation Guide

1. Slide the Exhaust Tip into Position

Slide the Rolled End Stainless Steel Exhaust Tip over the end of your standard exhaust pipe.*

2. Tighten the Fixings

Tighten the supplied exhaust tip fixing hardware until the trim is securely attached to the existing tailpipe. Ensure the exhaust tip is correctly aligned and does not contact the bumper or surrounding bodywork.

3. Check the Fixings Periodically

Periodically check the tightness of the fixings to ensure the exhaust tip remains securely mounted during normal vehicle use.

4. Optional Permanent Installation

Alternatively, the exhaust tip can be welded into place for a permanent mounting arrangement. Welding should be carried out by a suitably qualified person using appropriate equipment and procedures for stainless steel exhaust components.

*Important Installation Note: In some cases, if the existing exhaust pipe is not straight at the end, you may need to cut a section off the original tailpipe to achieve a satisfactory fit. Always check the exhaust layout, available clearance and suitability before making any modifications.
